Come out, come out, wherever you are!

Pride And Joy is a collaborative multimedia exhibit showcasing art created by members of Indy’s own LGBTQ+ community. This exhibit runs through June and July 2023, in the Athenaeum ArtSpace (Basile Theatre Lobby, 2nd Floor) with special First Friday receptions on June 2nd and July 7th.

The Athenaeum is proud to present our second annual collaborative art show in the ArtSpace to celebrate Pride Month! The central theme of this exhibition is creative self-expression, and the diversity within this concept is mirrored by the diversity of our exhibiting artists.
This exhibit is free, open to the public, and will run from June 2 through the end of July 2023. Join us on June 2nd for a First Friday special reception from 6-9pm!
Artists of any age who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community are welcome to submit artwork for consideration.
